Jordan has been a professional full time player and coach since 1998. Playing at junior Wimbledon in 1999 and representing his county, Scotland and most recently (2018) Great Britain at over 35’s in the world team finals where the team picked up a bronze medal. As a coach he has worked with a number of Scotland’s best players either as lead coach or part of the county/national program support. He is currently head coach at Thorn Park tennis club one of Scotland’s most illustrious and successful tennis clubs over the past 10 years. Alongside running the tennis club he also co-owns www.stringsports.co.uk a rackets specialist retail business based in Glasgow. My coaching motto is: “create a fun environment and make simple suggestions to allow players of any level to improve and maximise their ability regardless of playing standard or goals”.
